Bíldudalur

Bíldudalur, (pop. 170) a village in a small inlet of Arnarfjörður. As a well situated for fishing and trading, it was once one of the most important fishing stations in Iceland.

Main attractions: Bird life and nature and a natural hot spring in Reykjarfjörður. The music museum Melodies and memories contains many exhibits related to Icelands’s musical history and The Sea Monster Museum is worth visiting. Monument to drowned seamen.
