Elliðatindar

Elliðahamar, a sheer, overhanging crag with steep sides.

To the north the peaks Elliðatindar (864 m) and Tröllatindar (930 m).

Halfway up the mountain are caves, supposedly connected to a tunnel reaching all the way to Öxarhamar. Iron rungs are said to have been driven into the rock in the old days to provide access to the caves.
