Háifoss, (“High falls”) a 122 m high waterfall, the second highest in Iceland, in the river Fossá in the Fossárdalur valley. Another waterfall, Granni, nearby. About 2 hours’ walk from Stöng, but it is easier to reach by a road called Línuvegur (“Lines road”), the access road for repair and maintenance of electricity lines.
