Tröllatunga, a church, and a parsonage until 1906. Lignite and plant fossils in places. It used to be said metals and treasure were hidden in the ground, so some Danes obtained official permission to dig, but they found nothing but stones in Gullhóll (“Gold hill”). In Tröllatungukirkja church there was an ancient church bell, in the National Museum of Iceland since 1988.
