Seltjörn and Sólbrekkur, outdoor recreation areas near the town of Reykjanesbær. Trout has been released into Seltjörn and fishing licences are sold. Sólbrekkur has an outdoor barbecue and play equipment for children. One of the planned outdoor recreation areas at Vogar is at Háabjalli and Snorrastaðatjarnir. All the ponds are in grabens and the woods are sheltered beneath tall fault walls.
