Mælishóll, which is said to be the home of “hidden people”, exceptionally ornate and beautiful. According to legend, if three women with the name Ingibjörg happen to own the farm Hnefilsdalur nearby, one at a time, each will be bewitched and disappear into Mælishóll. This has supposedly already happened to two such Ingibjörgs.
