Klungurbrekka

Stóri–Langidalur, a valley east of Eyrarfjall. Pretty and grassy with the salmon–fishing river Langá. Towards its mouth is Klungurbrekka slope, named for the wild rose growing there, whose old Icelandic name was Klungur. The parents of Sir William Stephenson (1896–1989) lived at Klungurbrekka before they moved to Canada. William was considerd to be the inspiration for the character of James Bond 007.
