Litli–Bakki, close to Geirsstaðir. The ruins near Geirsstaðir date from about 980 and consist of a church, a house, an enclosing wall and some other remains. A replica of the church has been built there. It is also planned to rebuild the house and to use it and the church for living functions with people in Viking period costumes and farm animals on view to give an idea of life in the early days of Christianity in Iceland.
