Places > East > Ódáðavötn Ódáðavötn Ódáðavötn, two lakes above the Skriðdalur valley. Formerly a frequented route between Fljótsdalur and Djúpivogur. In 1964 dams were built by the lakes in order to maintain an even flow of water for the Grímsárvirkjun hydroelectric plant.
