Stakkholtsgjá, a large canyon in the region of Stakkholt, with perpendicular walls up to 100 m high on both sides. The canyon divides in two, the left part ending in a narrow chasm with a lovely waterfall with very clear water. It takes about an hour to go through Stakkholtsgjá, and this must be done on foot.
