Vatnshlíð, the easternmost farm in Húnavatnssýsla. Good fishing in the nearby lake, Vatnshlíðarvatn, which along with Krókagil canyon between the mountains Vatnshlíðarhnjúkur and Grísafell acts as a boundary between the counties Skagafjarðarsýsla and Húnavatnssýsla.
