Orravatnsrústir, grasslands around the lakes Reyðarvatn and Orravatn. Mostly wet ground with lots of cottongrass and sedge. This area is extremely marshy with hillocks tens of metres in diameter and up to three metres high, covered with dwarf shrubs. The river outlet for the area is Rústakvísl, later to join Hofsá. In the centre of the area is a small hill, Orrahaugur, where there is a good refuge hut.
